    • Hire of our Services: when you book our services for an event (either directly, over the telephone, by email or via our online forms) we will collect all necessary information to process your booking and accommodate your request.
    • Registration: when checking into the Race Cave, we will ask you to fill out the registration card, check the details and sign it.
    • Online Guest Reviews and other Feedback: You may provide us with personal information when giving feedback regarding your stay at, or experiences of, our services and products either online on sites such as Tripadvisor, Google or using the online ‘Contact us’ form on our websites.
    • Mailing list You may choose to subscribe to our mailing by using the online form on our websites and provide us with your name and email address
    • Social media: You may interact with us via Facebook or Twitter
    • CCTV cameras: We also use closed circuit television cameras in the Race Cave, which may capture images of you.

    By using our Website, you expressly consent to us processing your information for the purposes for which this information was collected (as described in this section of the Policy) and contacting you by email, telephone or any other electronic means.

  4. HOW WILL WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
    We may use your information for the following purposes:

    • With your permission, your contact details may be used to supply information to you by telephone, email or post, about our company and to send you occasional promotional material, such as information about new service / product which we think you might find valuable.     • We post client testimonials on our websites. These testimonials may contain personally identifiable information, such as the client's name, type of event, date and location. We obtain the client's consent prior to posting the testimonial, so that we can post their name along with their testimonial.
